Entry #2 .Halloween in Hong Kong

"Helloween In Hong Kong"~~~~~(10/31/2015)

Today is Helloween, and I saw a lot of people dress up to work, which surprised me.Aren't Halloween just for kids? why there's some parents or teenage still dress up? what are they thinking?
In Hong Kong, Helloween is not a big event like in America, most of the parent won't dress their kids up and go trick or treat. They normally buy a pack of candy for the child and have family dinner to celebrate Helloween. Which I think is very boring, because you always get the same kind of candy, and you don't get as much..... HAHA!! I like to celebrate Helloween the American way better, because you get to go trick or treat and get way more candy, the more important thing is you get differents kind of candy!!!!
In Hong Kong, if you dress up to work on Helloween, people will think that you are either crazy or insane. I saw some kids walk into my store today and ask for candy, my manager feels sorry because we didn't prepare any candy for trick or treat, so she ask me to buy some candy back to the store, so that we have candy to give out. This will never happen in Hong Kong, just NEVER. Not like Hong Kong people are rude, but they don't do that because the culture is different.

Entry #1. What's up Blogger?

Blogs is a very good way to express your own opinion and to tell others how your feel or what you did.  A lot of people use blog to share their life, maybe some fun fact. I used to write blogs back in middle school, just because our teacher wants us to practice more on typing. But the way I look at writing a blog now, is more like I can share my life to other reader and get more feedback from them. 

The first blog I read is Hullabaloo(http://digbysblog.blogspot.com/) This blog used a formal and light tone, and it didn't get much of my attention, because of the style and the letter the author used, the whole blog is just black and white color and highlighted with blue color. There's a lot of  ad pop up on my screen while I'm reading the blog, which is kind of annoying. The second blog I read is Cheezburger(http://www.cheezburger.com/page/2?ref=pagination), this blog used a funny and joyful tone, and the author upload a pitcher with descriptions with it, which can get more attention from the reader. The special thing of this blog is it will let you vote thumbs up or down, is just like Instagram so the reader can like the post. The last blog that I read is Bitch Ph.D. (http://bitchphd.blogspot.com/) I very like the tone of the blog, which is very personal and informal, author has his own writing style, he share his daily life and most of his post have specific date and time on it.

Hi, I'm Arron Cheung, I'm 19 year old. This is my third semester at GCC. I love traveling around the world, I had been to many different county, like Australia, Canada, Korea and  Russia. I'm also a huge fan of basketball, I enjoy playing and watching basketball.
